Use Ekosight’s innovative Soil Doctor device to conduct soil tests, collect samples, and interpret results. Your work will directly support data-driven decisions for balanced fertilization and improved soil health.
2. On-ground Monitoring & Field Visits
You will regularly visit farms and project sites to monitor implementation, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure that the initiatives are making the intended impact.
3. Farmer Engagement
Build strong relationships with farmers, local leaders, and stakeholders. Promote awareness of sustainable practices, including soil testing, organic inputs, and balanced fertilization techniques.
4. Data Collection & Reporting
Collect valuable insights on soil conditions, crop performance, and fertilizer use. Use this data to support Ekosight’s digital advisory services and policy recommendations.
5. Conduct Trainings & Workshops
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for farmers to educate them about modern, sustainable agricultural techniques. Your sessions will be vital in spreading practical knowledge and creating long-term behavioral change.
