Hiring Crop Consultant:
As a Crop Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting farmers with the knowledge and support they need to enhance their crop production—from sowing to harvesting. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience in agriculture, especially in the domains of online sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Offer accurate consultation and timely guidance to farmers regarding best practices in crop management.
Engage in online sales and effectively promote agricultural products and solutions.
Possess a sound understanding of agricultural markets and inputs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agri-partners to ensure sustained impact and trust.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome!)
Language Requirement: Marathi is mandatory, as the role involves interacting closely with local farmers.
Pay Scale: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month
