Field Representative Trainee (FRT)
This role involves direct interaction with farmers, dissemination of agricultural knowledge, and promotion of KRIBHCO’s products and services in rural areas. The selected candidates will undergo rigorous training to equip them with the necessary skills to serve as the organization’s frontline representatives.
Salary & Benefits:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹34,000 during the trainee period. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed in Grade “K”, with a salary range of ₹34,000 to ₹76,000.
In addition to the salary, employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical reimbursement, provident fund, and gratuity. KRIBHCO also offers insurance coverage, access to medical facilities, as well as provisions for house building loans and conveyance loans, ensuring both financial security and long-term career support for its employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 65% marks.
Candidates should not be older than 23 years as on 30-04-2025.
Selection Process:
The recruitment process comprises:
A Computer-Based Test (CBT)
A Personal Interview for shortlisted candidate.
