About the Role:
As a Territory Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, managing distributor networks, and leading field demonstrations in rural markets. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong sales and marketing background in the agri-input sector, especially those with experience in the seed industry.

Qualification Required:
Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in agriculture or related fields
Education: B.Sc in Agriculture or any relevant agricultural discipline
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fieldwork readiness and regional familiarity are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in the agri-input industry.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the seed industry (Sales & Marketing roles)
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
Generate primary orders from distributors and build secondary demand from retailers
Organize field demos to showcase new products to farmers, retailers, and distributors
Monitor season progress, competitor activities, and placement trends.
Lead and mentor a team of Kisan Advisors to drive demand generation activities in villages
